Great news, my parcel has arrived, un-damaged. The two hats are everything I was hoping for, it's always difficult ordering things over the internet, in fact I avoid it normally. I like to get a feel for things when shopping but my worries were for nothing. The wide brimmed trilby is superb and easily the best hat in my collection so far, a very beautiful hat.

I received my hat from you last week. I must say I am very pleased with it.
I would also like to let you know that your customer service was of a superior standard. Throughout the whole process, although not long, it was very smooth sailing.
I was informed of when my order was ready, that it had been shipped and when it would arrive. Although this does not take a long time to send an email and communicate, as a customer it is very important as you do not need to wonder or worry where you products are.
You obviously have very good internal processes and I would highly recommend you to anyone.
